Why modular kitchen matters in Powai
Powai has 35+ residential communities on our radar, including Hiranandani Gardens, Adityavardhan and Amaryllis Towers and Plaza. Whether you have just taken possession or are upgrading an older home, a modular kitchen is one of the projects homeowners here ask us about most.
Mumbai kitchens are often compact and humid, so moisture-resistant materials, smart storage and ventilation separate a kitchen that lasts from one that swells within a few monsoons.
What's included
- ✓ Parallel, L, U or island layout around plumbing and gas
- ✓ Moisture-resistant carcass (BWP plywood or HDHMR)
- ✓ Laminate, acrylic, PU or veneer shutters
- ✓ Soft-close hinges, tandem drawers, corner and tall units
- ✓ Countertop, backsplash, sink and appliances
- ✓ Task lighting and ventilation
