These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at anderbaher.in and the design, build, sourcing and related services (the “Services”) provided by Interext Technologies Private Limited, operating as Ander Baher (“Ander Baher”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the Services.

1. About us

Ander Baher is a technology-enabled design and build platform delivering interiors, landscapes, architecture and related services across Bangalore and Mumbai, India. Our registered office is at 3rd Floor, No 4, M.F Plaza, 1st Main Road, R.T Nagar (Opp IDBI Bank), Bangalore, Karnataka 560032.

2. Services

We provide design consultation, project scoping, material and product sourcing, and the coordination and execution of interior, landscape and construction works, as described on our website and in any proposal, quotation or agreement we share with you. The scope of any particular engagement is defined in the proposal or contract applicable to that project.

3. Quotations, estimates and pricing

Prices, estimates and indicative ranges shown on the website or generated by our tools (including AI-assisted estimates) are indicative only and do not constitute a binding quotation. A firm quotation is provided after a site visit and confirmation of scope, materials and specifications. All quoted amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and taxes (including GST) are charged at prevailing rates.

4. Bookings, site visits and payments

Certain services, such as a paid site visit or consultation, may require an advance fee as stated at the time of booking. Project payments follow the payment schedule set out in your proposal or contract, typically in milestones tied to design sign-off, procurement and execution stages. We reserve the right to pause work where a due payment remains outstanding.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for a specific engagement are set out in the applicable proposal or contract. Consultation and site-visit fees are generally non-refundable once the visit or consultation has taken place. Where materials have been procured or work has commenced, amounts corresponding to that work and to non-cancellable third-party orders are non-refundable.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and safe and reasonable access to the project site. You confirm that you own the property or are duly authorised to commission the works, and that you will obtain any permissions, society approvals or statutory consents required for the project unless we have expressly agreed to handle them on your behalf.

7. Third-party contractors and suppliers

We coordinate vendors, contractors and suppliers to execute projects. Manufactured goods and materials may carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we will pass through to you where applicable. While we select and supervise partners with care, third-party products remain subject to the terms and warranties of their respective providers.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Ander Baher name and marks, and design concepts, drawings and visualisations we create — is owned by or licensed to Interext Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable laws. Design deliverables are provided for use on your specific project and may not be reused, resold or distributed without our written consent, except as set out in your contract.

9. Warranties and aftercare

We stand behind our workmanship and provide aftercare as described in your project contract. Except as expressly stated in that contract or required by law, the Services and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without further warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ander Baher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with the Services or your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution process in your project contract, the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
