Why balcony design matters in Dooravani Nagar
Dooravani Nagar has 10+ residential communities on our radar, including ANJAN IRIS Apartment, CJN Temple View and Indio Nest. Whether you have just taken possession or are upgrading an older home, a balcony makeover is one of the projects homeowners here ask us about most.
Bengaluru’s mild weather means a balcony can be used most of the year, so it is worth designing properly: shade for west-facing afternoons, planting that tolerates both dry spells and the monsoon, and a layout that works as a coffee or work-from-home corner.

- 01

Concept & estimate
You get a layout, material and planting palette, and an itemised estimate before any work starts.
- 03
Build
Waterproofing checks first, then flooring, joinery, planters, lighting and planting — one team, one point of contact.
