The six things most interior quotes get wrong
“Carpentry work — ₹4,50,000” tells you nothing. We find every line without a material, grade, size or brand.
Each item against typical Bangalore & Mumbai rates — high, fair, or suspiciously low.
Electrical, false ceiling, painting, installation, transport — what a full job needs that isn’t there.
Heavy advances, open-ended “as per actual” items and GST that isn’t clear.
